Hon. Rhoda Yator is the Vice President of the Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association (KMJA). She holds a Master of Business Administration( Strategic Management) from the Kenyatta University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Moi University. She also holds a Post graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Hon. Yator was appointed in the Judiciary as a District Magistrate II and has since risen to her current position as Senior Principal Magistrate. She has served in Makueni, Eldama Ravine, Molo, Olkalou and currently is the head of station at the Nairobi City County Law Courts.
